ENEX i-LOCK Series H-ATiL is the heavy industry ‘Anti Tamper’ Mechanical Trapped Key Safety Interlock product range. It is suitable for isolating multi-turn valve movement in any position (between fully open and fully closed) when the Interlock Operating Key is removed. This allows each valve to be controlled, set and flow rate maintained while isolating the valve from any un-authorised operations.
The basic principle of this safety equipment is that the Interlock will only be engaged with the valve yoke drive when the Safety Interlock Key is inserted and rotated 90°.
When the Safety Interlock Key is removed, the Interlock handwheel and main interlock housing will rotate freely without altering the valve position.
Each lock portion and rotary key is uniquely coded to allow a truly safe operating sequence procedure.
H-ATiL product range can be supplied with on/off switches and proximity limit sensors to confirm :
