ENEX i-LOCK Series H-SCiL is the heavy industry Sequence Control Mechanical Trapped Key Safety Interlock product range.
It is suitable where non-linear replicated key sequence movements are required throughout the operating procedure cycle.
It enables complex non-linear procedures to be carried out in a controlled and safe operation.
The basic principle of this safety equipment is to function as a ‘mechanical Programmable Logic Controller (Mechanical PLC)’ modular system, where you can mix and match your mechanical key inputs and outputs to suit your application procedures while eliminating any operational errors.
The basic H-SCiL key sequence control movement comprising of a Key IN, Rotate Selector Knob and Key OUT philosophy enforcing the operator through the Mechanical PLC in a step-by-step sequence while maintaining a controlled and safe environment at all times.
Each ‘Patented’ lock portion and rotary key is uniquely coded to allow a truly safe operating sequence procedure.
H-SCiL product range can be supplied with switches and proximity limit sensors to confirm :
